you should never use bar soaps on your face, ever. the ingredients that hold it together in place are horrible for your skin, noxema is even worse; camphor and menthol are skin irritants. try cetaphil or purpose. they come highly recommended by dermatologists.

Thanks for your info..how ever I think you forgot to mention that is how ones skin “is” is based on genetics. I am very regimented with my routine and see a derm regularly and it cannot change what my skin “is” to a certain point. I have oily skin with large pores and this is genetic. I have come to grips with that fact and do everything I can that helps control what I have.

okay i saw this vid about a month ago and i figured i would give your regimen a try ( i have oily skin). only thing i changed was i used zapzyt as my benzoyl a month later my skin looks amazing and feels so soft! my skin has never been this good, only downside was my skin started to peel at first because of the benzoyl -which was expected- so i just exfoliated with st. ives apricot scrub when i needed to. i don’t wear as much makeup because my acne scars has diminished due to the benzoyl effect
